BUYER
The customer whose details are collected at checkout and who electronically accepts this agreement.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the product are as communicated to the BUYER on the Site and on the order confirmation page/email at the time of order, and form an integral part of this agreement.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The BUYER acknowledges having read and understood the essential characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the product on the Site, and having given the necessary electronic confirmation.
- The product will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/institution at the indicated address within the period stated on the Site, not exceeding the legal period of 30 days.
- The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product complete and in accordance with the qualities specified in the order.
- Delivery requires that this agreement has been electronically confirmed and the price has been paid.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For details on exercising the right of withdrawal, please see our "Returns & Withdrawal" page.
ARTICLE 6 – COMPETENT COURT
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence are competent up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are competent for disputes above this value.
This agreement enters into force upon electronic confirmation by the BUYER on the Site.
